Non-Ongoing Casual Short Term Employment

The Consulate of Malaysia (Education Section) invites applications from qualified and experienced persons who wish to be considered for current placement on the suitability lists for non-ongoing casual short term employment (contract will be ending by 31 July 2012, but may be renewable upon satisfactory performance).

The department may offer employment opportunities in a range of areas, some of which include:

- Administration Support

- Client Services

- Personal Assistant

- Finance

- Information Technology

To be eligible for non-ongoing employment, applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:

- Ability to use computer software at intermediate level

- Professional manner and work ethics

- bility to manage multiple tasks

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of the team

- Ability to liaise with variety of clients which include VIPs, professionals, students, local authorities, etc

Sehubungan itu, penuntut Malaysia dinasihatkan supaya berhati-hati dan tidak terpedaya dengan tawaran menarik yang ditawarkan oleh pihak tidak bertanggungjawab.

Sila laporkan kepada pejabat EMA jika terdapat sebarang keraguan bagi memastikan perkara ini tidak berulang lagi kepda penuntut lain.
